Wiki: When used with Barrage, this chant will only cause the closest hit target to begin burning.

So if your point was to spread burning around, you failed.

Random build = random nonsense.

This is quite possibly one of the worst builds I've ever seen. It doesn't even abuse GFTE! which is pathetically easy with barrage.

I take barrage on a tombs paragon every once and a while... but honestly (excusing please any rude posts) you may enjoy a ranger primary more if you like this playstyle.

Glowing Signet is probably not going to be enough for your energy management, since you are using an energy-based shout rather than one that uses adrenaline (such as GftE, the pillar of any Paragon's e-management and crit spam) and GS's cooldown time is 20 seconds.

I agree with clawofcrimson... try something of this nature with a Ranger primary, make use of Expertise, and you will have no need for Glowing Signet. And yes, as it has already been mentioned, GS + Barrage do not work. If only...

I generally prefer Dual Shot to Forked Arrow... but that's for the Ranger forum.
